How do I Book a Flight or Multi Centre Flight... ?

1. Click on the Search Tab in our Main Menu from anywhere in the website or the Create Your Own Tab on our Home Page.

2. Choose from & Click Return / One way or Multi Destination Check Box in our Powerful Search Engine

3. Enter first required Destination, From & To i.e. London - San Francisco & required Departure Date
4. Enter Next Destination Required i.e. San Francisco - Las Vegas & Departure Date ..the search Engine will predict your next destination, click in the box and you will see a list of destinations to choose from. Choose and continue...
5. Continue until you have added all the flights you require
6. Finish with Destination - Home i.e. Los Angeles - London
NOTE: The Search Engine will continue to predict your next destination. Once you have entered your last flight, scroll over the next predictive destination the Search Engine will show, and delete.
7. Click Search to Check Availability and Prices for your selections.
8. Prices shown are a total for ALL passengers travelling not per person, and not per leg of the journey.
Price shown is a total price for a the options you have chosen, Return, One-way or Multi Trip.
9. Choose your Flight by checking the Add Button next to your Preferred outbound and inbound Flights.
You will also be able to choose by airline.
10. Once you have finished Adding your outbound and inbound Flights Click Continue and you will then be able to View your Flight Itinerary. You will be able to view this at any stage during the search & Book process.
11. Either Continue to Book your selection or Go Back to ADD HOTELS or ADD CAR HIRE to your Itinerary.
12. Book your Flights Securely and Fully ABTA Bonded (F5983) with Full Online Credit Card Protection.

Can I Book Hotels ... ?

You can Search & Add Hotels to your Flight Booking or Book Hotels Only
1. Click on the Search Tab in our Main Menu.  Choose Hotels Tab

2. Enter your required Destination and Dates

3. Once you Add a Hotel you have the option to either Continue and Finish your Booking or to Go Back and add another Hotel.

4. For Multi Centre Hotels with Flights, you will have a chance to add your hotels after you have chosen your Flights.

5. For Multi Centre Hotels we suggest you check availability on all your required Destinations and Dates before booking
6. Once you have finished Adding your Hotels Click Continue and you will then be able to View your Itinerary
7. Click Continue to Finish your Booking.

8. Book your Hotel Securely and Fully ABTA Bonded (F5983) with Full Online Credit Card Protection.

When do I receive Confirmation of Booking ... ?

Once you have confirmed your holiday you will see a final confirmation Page

stating what you have booked and how much you have paid. You can print this and keep for your records.

We will then send confirmation within 7 working days and e-tickets and vouchers from Hays Travel Group Head Office Two Weeks Prior to departure. You can contact us by phone during opening hours if you have any questions regarding your booking.
